Qi Gong
Qi Gong is an ancient healing mindful movement practice, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The forms or sets are designed to cleanse, circulate, and regulate internal energies called “Qi” to achieve health, vitality, and spiritual awareness. It involves using your mind, conscious breathing and body to direct the flow of energy. Because it’s mostly done standing up, it’s accessible to all levels of practitioners. New to Qi Gong? Pilates Plus
A series of mind-body controlled movements that flow into one another with precision. Pilates is a full-body workout that improves muscle tone, flexibility and strength.
Slow Flow Yoga
This slow-paced class is meditative and relaxing. Gentle poses are held longer to emphasize alignment, breath and stillness to calm the body and mind. Short guided meditations are offered throughout to help you peacefully ease back into life. All levels are welcome.
Spin
An indoor cycling class open to all fitness levels. Designed to motivate you to push your limits, getting the most out of every ride.
Spin/TRX
A fitness class that combines indoor cycling and TRX.
Strength
A full-body workout using dumbbells and a BOSU. The primary focus is to help improve muscular strength.
TRX
TRX, which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary workout method that uses body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
Wall Yoga
A yoga class which uses the wall and props for resistance and stability.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body.
